FUN-D RAISIN'!
A special three volume set of "DOBER'TOONS!", has been compiled which will be auctioned off at the COPE Fund Raising Auction at the National!! (De Tails are at bottom of this webpage)
Sure, many folks download the cartoons, but they are scanned at 75% JPG, and are small, a bit blurred, and not too clear. In the 3 Vol. set which will be auctioned, the cartoons have been scanned at 100%, BMP. There are a scant few which are at 75% because they were finished in "Photo Shop", but there are only 3 or 4 of them.
Vol.1 is Dedicated to the memory of Dr. Bill Putney, and contains two pages devoted to him. It also contains in entirety, all of the website pages of the "Dober'Toons!" series, which includes: Table of contents, Dedications, all about each "Dober'Toons!" character including the kitties and humans, Awards we've received, Awards we present, all about the people who made/make the 'toons possible,The Links page, the Brags page, The full list and numbers of cartoons #1 through #181, and absolutley everything else connected with the 'toons. Also included on extra heavy paper is a BMP 100% print, signed by Auntie Dobe R. Mann, of Cartoon #183, "Doberman Kisses". Approx. 200 pages.
Vol. 2 : All Cartoons from #1 through #119.(numbered)
Vol. 3: All Cartoons from #120 through #181.(numbered) Both cartoon books have every Dober'Toon!, including excerpts from animated Cartoons. The cartoons in both books are scanned from the original cartoons at 100% BMP, and are almost as clear and detailed as the original drawings/paintings. This will be a fine prize for someone, because It is highly doubtful that I will ever offer a complete set like this again. "Dober'Toons!" are just getting too big for this amount of paper and work. (Especially the animated pages and the webpages, which must be printed from the website to bypass the protection code.)
